Sophistication, style and break-neck speed are just some of the words to describe the Morgan Aeroworks Cheetah SIERRA 100.
The Cheetah Sierra 100 is a high performance, two seat, all metal, low wing aircraft that can be built with a conventional or tri-gear undercarriage. The aircraft can accommodate a range of power plants from 65hp to 125hp (depending on weight) thus giving it an impressive flight envelope and flight characteristics.
The Cheetah Sierra 100 can be ordered from the factory fully built to the customer’s requirements or as a kit with many options and extra for the builder to choose. The aircraft boasts one the fastest and easiest built kit planes in its class with an estimated time to completion of only 400 hours. The Sierra 100 was built for cruising and with that in mind, pilot and passenger comfort was not compromised. The Sierra 100 in the standard format comes with a 42″ wide cockpit and can be tailor made to the individual.
Stylish good looks, superior strength and speed that would tear the spots of a cheetah, make the Sierra 100 the ideal aircraft for today’s recreational pilot.

The Cheetah Sierra 100 is an all metal 2 seat high performance aircraft that uses a simple aluminium tube, alumminium sheet and pop rivet construction method. The main support frame that holds the undercarriage, pilot and wings to the fuselage is a welded steel tube frame. The double taper main wing spars are a structural angle top and bottom with a sheer web face; these are riveted together with solid rivets. The entire airframe is sheet metal covered for a durable and sleek looking finish. Many pre-moulded fibreglass parts such as the wing ribs help reduce construction time. Other fibreglass parts such as cowl, spats and wing tips are included in the kit as well as wheel brakes and various hardware. Many optional extras can be purchased should you wish to upgrade certain aspects of the basic kit.
The Cheetah Sierra 100 can be de-rigged, put into a trailer and made ready for transport in under 10 minutes.
